The Mars in Capricorn Man or Woman
First of all, these are some of the MOST giving people that I have ever met. In this lifetime, they must learn how to balance healthy giving to themselves, and learn to value themselves for who they truly are and not what they have.

Success is not an option here, and they will do whatever it takes to provide and then some. For a Mars in Pisces, not doing well at work would upset them, but they'd think that it meant that something else might be in the works. For a Mars in Capricorn Man or Woman, that wouldn't be so - they'll take any critique at work as a personal hit about who they are as a successful man or woman, and how dare you.
Just because these people take longer to open up and/or commit, don't let that fool you. First of all, they want to make sure that you're valuable, so don't always be available - but don't not be available partying, don't be available because you're building your empire. Assuming that they haven't already been unsuspectingly caught by someone with a more financial agenda, know that taking their time is normal. Bonus points if there is a significant age or maturity gap here. Generally, they prefer dating someone who is either much older/mature than themselves, or simply much older/mature than their immediate peer group.
A Mars in Capricorn Man or Woman is also like a detective, without having to even do any digging at all. Lie to these people and out the door you go, unlike a Mars in Sagittarius, they won't even give you the time to answer their burning questions.
Romance - not so much, but true love? Yes... but only once they're ready. A Mars in Capricorn Man or Woman might take a little bit longer than most to want to be in a serious relationship, but once they've found their trophy, they'll keep you shiny and love you sensually and deeply forever.
A life without their true soulmate? Absolutely not... these people will wait YEARS to reconnect with the ones that they love, let's just hope that that person waited for them too.
